  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2 - 3 business days

Standard shipping rate is from £1.99 and is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items being shipped. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £49.99.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy:
At Toska Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy (click here) for full details.

You may return any item within 30 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us form (click here) on this website or via email (returns@toskapets.com) with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
