Hello, it has been charging for more than 3 hours. It is still showing that it is charging, but when I unplug it, it won’t turn on.
The training collar has helped immensely with my dogs obedience. Being of staffie and boxer cross, she is energetic and strong willed, which fuels her hyperactivity. The sound and vibration break her focus and she is more inclined to behave. She is more relaxed on walks and less likely to chase cyclists and joggers whilst wearing the collar.
I was amazed how quickly my Doberman reacted to the sound which is all I need for re-call although I have used the vibrator a few times and electric as a last resort but its an amazing piece of kid if used correctly.
The best thing we have brought for our dogs. They are completely different off lease and around other dogs. We haven’t had to use any more than vibration and not even high for them to respond. Great piece kit and highly recommend
I feel so relaxed and free knowing I can walk him off lead and he is so attentive and obedient. He has so much more freedom because I have so much more confidence I can call him back.
Easy to set up. Love the fact you can beep and vibrate separately giving the dog the option to make the right choice.
Well-made, holds the charge for a long while, and it works. Just the beep and the buzzer are enough to teach the dog what not to do.

We bought this mainly for recall for our Labrador retriever. He has responded really well with us mainly just using the bell function. It works consistently well at a distance and after swimming in the sea which he does daily. The battery charge lasts ages too .
I wish we had bought this sooner, it has transformed our dogs behaviour.

Got this for my Cane Corso as his recall was *dreadfull* After putting it on , it was like night and day the difference! Only ever had to use the vibrate function once , he comes as soon as he hears his "BLEEP" . Fantastic product when used with adequate training !

A very effective training aid and easy to use
My Doberman been a right pain since used this after few warnings with vibration to bleep he has changed abit obviously more training to go but so far so good

It worked great but now the collar doesn’t charge so it doesn’t work anymore, only had it about 4 weeks
Waste of time on the shock didn’t even tickle them! Not that I want them hurt but thought these would really help . They don’t , a total waste of money .
Perfect for my dogs
It worked great for a week but now it is not so good. Recharged...and its on tight but 50% of the time i get no response from it.
Got for my 2 dogs when out in back garden. They bark at cats,dogs and neighbours. I use the vibration and instantly stop. Its a god send. Especially as im in the garden all the time. So I don’t need to lock them in the house.
Selling the collar and battery pack separately is rubbish. I really needed a collar to train my golden retriever who leaps the fence in one hop and wanted to dissuade her but your collar was ineffective without the battery and I felt it was misleading selling these separately.

Range no where near claimed 3,300 feet. Is only 600 feet.
It work's perfectly with my Husky mix English Mastiff. I would recommend this to anyone who has a dominant female whom likes to protect
Great size for my small dog, the beeper part doesn’t work, but it took so long to get here that I certainly wasn’t going to send it back.
The collar has been great, we have a lurcher that has a very high prey drive, she was taking no notice when we called her. She is quite sensitive usually so I wouldn't want to use the shock function. She has responded really well to just the audible function. It's been a "game changer".
