Collar size did not match but to be honest I would rather throw it in the bin than waste my time packaging it and going the post office and sending it back. Could have been good byt useless for my Malinois. Many thanks DAVID
Was far too large and bulky so returned. However have not received a refund as they say they haven’t received it. Reading Trust Pilot reviews this is a recurrent theme. I ordered through the company I used before and it is so much better and fit for purpose. Have learnt my lesson and will not order from here again
Ordered 2 collate, xl states up to 60cm however, it doesn’t fit a 58cm neck! packaging states 55cm and does not fit so will have to return! Frustrating as had high hopes!

For an 8-month-old 32 kg German Shepherd with long hair, it fits "just right." I recommend taking one size larger and cutting a few knots to reduce the circumference. It fulfills its function.

This looks well made. It is a bit heavier and bigger than expected, especially since it is a small, for a smaller dog. However, it is well made and as described.

Nice and sturdy, handy that the black strap can be removed, we can add links, a bit short for our dog (Rottweiler), but we put old links in between.

True to size and looks effective enough (haven't tested yet). Altho i'm sure it will work, the prongs are protected with rubber but the collar should be loose enough around the neck. Too tight and the collar feels very uncomfortable, as it should but that's only necessary if he pulls the leash. Very fast delivery, within 10 working days.
