Excellent product and customer service.
Easy to install, but worth watching some videos online first to ensure you set up the wire correctly. @Toska - might be worth including the videos you sent me on your page or creating your own.
Collar zap is not too strong and corrects dog when going too close, but then she carries on and doesn't seem too bothered or panicked by the zap.
Took a bit of time to calibrate the signal strength but once setup I have put on a smart plug and works great. I've set mine so that it zaps if the dog goes within 30cm of the boundary. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with escaping dogs or attacking boundary fences with neighbour dogs.
After 4 years of having a dog I am finally able to let him off without a leash in the park knowing that that he will come back

Camera works well, however, the package was open on arrival.
Great harness but hard to get on him, he bites! & he escaped the very 1st time he had it on, he didn’t like that the lead attachment was on his neck not his back like his old harness, I will keep trying & do it up even tighter, because I like the the handle to pick him up.

Clever product with the lead rotation
My little dog is 3 and he recently started barking a lot and going into a frenzy to the point if I told him to stop he would become aggressive and try and bite me. This was obviously a concern for me, nothing had changed for him to react in this way. I thought long and hard about getting this anti bark collar but finally thought I would give it a go....Well, what a different dog he is, he is much calmer and hardly barks now. He now sits on the chair looking for the postman and does not react one bit to him.
I put the collar on him for 2 hours in the morning when the post comes and I put it on him if I pop out for a couple of hours he used to bark a lot when he was alone the neighbour says he is quite now. The collar may not work for every dog but Buddy is so much calmer now and our lives are a lot less anxious/stressful.
